We reserve time specifically for each patient and do not double-book or over-book. We value your time and work hard to honor appointment times.
We will contact you by telephone the day before an appointment with a courtesy reminder. If you wish, we can also send reminders by email. Office policy requires you provide us with 24-hour notice if you cannot keep an appointment. There will be a charge if we do not receive this notification.
We schedule recall exams and cleanings in advance. A postcard or email reminder will be sent a few weeks before your scheduled appointment.
